I want him to be able to open his map and see everything I had revealed without having to explore the whole world himself. In the folders are the (mini) mapping files. ' C:\Users\ user\Documents\My Games\Terraria\Players ' There should be a folder in there for each character you have, by name. I know that is automatically transferred while playing. Well, if you are on PC, look in the 'Players' folder, in the game data directory (where the 'Worlds' folder also lives). Is there a way I can take my map files and give them to him and he can do some renaming, etc so that when he logs into my world, he loads "his" (actually a copy of mine) map files and he can see everything I had revealed on the map up until the point of copying?ĮDIT: For clarification, I mean just the minimap/map file, not the whole world itself. TERRARIA 2 PLAYER MAPS UPDATE
Since my friend has never touched this world, he's going to have zero maps whatsoever. 1.4.4 MAPS 8 items Description This map has a 9999 (if possible) of every item addded in the 1.4.4 update Each item is in an item frame/placed with a chest beside/under them which will have each item's stack Like I stated before, not all items could be stacked, so those items are left as singles. So, I started a new character and a new map, made a house big enough for two people to use, did everything that needs done in the world, and now I'm right at the point where I should kill WoF. Long story short, I told him "Gimme a few days and I'll do another playthrough real quick and catch up". Months pass, and I made backups, and I can't remember which world folder(s) had the exact world I'm looking for (I tend to name it after my character and I tend to use the same names over and over again lol). We played up until we beat the WoF and the first couple days of Hardmode. Coopventure 2 is a two player cooperative puzzle map, which solely focuses on puzzles and platforming. So, awhile back a friend and I did multiplayer together, and the map was hosted on my computer.
